Rider Information	New Venue by kind permission of Mr Mutch, Nether Auquhollie Farm. Please leave venue tidy and keep dogs on leads. NB There is no hard standing available. The field is well drained but lorries and non 4x4 are at your own discretion. There will be no farrier at Durris so make sure your horse is suitably shod or booted. 32km Competitive ride Vet from 930a.m-10a.m. Start between 10a.m and 1030am 17km Pleasure/Training Ride Vet between 10-1030a.m. Start between 1030a.m and 11a.m Directions to Venue. Approach from either Stonehaven or Banchory on the A957 Slug Road. From Stonehaven - Look for Right turn off A957 at Cowton Riding School sign (white sign with horse on it). Almost immediately turn left, signposted Auquhollie, up single track road, pass the Riding school on the left and continue to the end of the road, venue is on the left. From Banchory- pass through Rickarton, come down over bridge on S bend and after short straight signal left. Turn off A957 at Cowton Riding School sign (white sign with horse on it). Almost immediately turn left, signposted Auquhollie, up single track road, pass the Riding school on the left and continue to the end of the road, venue is on the left.
Pl/Tr talkround	Leave venue uphill on old drove road At fork keep left Go through smaller gate- must be kept closed Straight on and fork RIGHT up hill at way post. Follow next way post to fence line (stay to RIGHT of fence). Follow fence line to corner of wood and go through smaller gate- must be kept closed. 1.6km Follow edge of forest, through new plantation until path enters firebreak. At end of firebreak turn LEFT down to CP1 2.7km At CP1 turn LEFT again and continue on this track until you reach A- 6km At A turn RIGHT. Straight on, ignoring track on left, until B 7.5k At B turn RIGHTand then straight on, under power lines until C- 8.7km At C turn RIGHT At next junction turn RIGHT, then next LEFT which takes you downhill to D- 11.3km At D go straight on downhill and take next RIGHT. Follow this track until LEFT turn back into firebreak 13.8km and retrace steps to FINISH. (16.6km) Well done!

Straight on until CP3 9km At CP3 turn left then immediate right. At next T junction turn RIGHT, then RIGHT again. Ignore first turning on LEFT, take next LEFT uphill. Take second RIGHT and continue straight on until C 12.6km At C Turn RIGHT and follow this track under power lines to B 17.5 km (Possible 2 way traffic from here-CP1). At B turn LEFT and at turn left at A 18.9km Continue on this track passing CP1, to D. 22.2km At D turn RIGHT downhill. At next junction straight on. At tarmac road, turn RIGHT. At CP4 24.6km go LEFT into forest and follow this track to barrier. Turn RIGHT onto road and follow downhill for a short distance. At barrier into forest turn LEFT, follow this track uphill to barrier, go through car park and turn RIGHT back down main forest track. Take first LEFT and continue until LEFT turn back into firebreak 29km and retrace steps to FINISH. 31.7km Well done!
