Mainly FC tracks which are in good
condition but have a few short stretches which are stony.
No tarmac. No metal drains. Excellent fittening ride.

Directions to Venue |
From Huntly: 13 kms on A97
to Rhynie. Turn right onto A941 signed Dufftown. Follow road for 8 kms
to venue.
From Alford: 20 kms on A944/A97
to Rhynie. Turn left onto A941 signed Dufftown. Follow road for
8 kms to venue.
Parking: All cars towing
and lorries must park in FC car park on left hand side of road.
Depending on entries we will use the shooting green for 4WD parking. |

- NO DOGS ON COURSE/DOGS ON
LEADS AT ALL TIMES AT THE VENUE.
- REMOVE ALL MUCK, STRAW,
ETC. FROM THE VENUE. THANK YOU!
- A941 CABRACH ROAD IS VERY
FAST BESIDE THE CAR PARK, TAKE CARE
CROSSING THE ROAD. |

Crewing |
Mid vetting for 50Kms
class will be back at the venue.
There is no access for crews for
the Pleasure classes.
Crewing for the CTRs will
be between 31 and 19.
The long Pleasure/Training and 30Km CTR cross a ford
at G. There is no other water that riders can reach. Crews can
access water from the burn at 31. |

CPs will be manned by RAYNET.
Mobile phone reception is poor. |

Hazards |
Forest trails may be used by
walkers and cyclists, please slow down and pass with care.
The CTRs and long Pleasure
routes include a ford, which has a hard base but may be fast flowing. |
ROUTE MARKERS
1.
Red/White tape will
be the normal form of marking.
2.
Yellow tape denotes a
hazard.
3.
Letter signs
and arrows
directing all riders or specific classes will also be used.
4.
The ski trails will
only be marked with the ski trails sign posts.
